Refund Policy
We offer unlimited revisions; if the client is not satisfied with the finished product, they can access the student’s section using their login credentials and submit their requirements and instructions each time. If Getcoursesdone.com fails to deliver the paper as the customer requested or if it is found to be copied, the return policy will apply to that order.
Be aware! After seeking a refund, the customer will not be able to use the paper (in whole or in part) since we will share it with reputable plagiarism detection software.
REFUND GUIDELINES
- You can anticipate receiving a complete refund if your withdrawal request is granted before a writer is assigned to start working on your assignment. However, if the writer has started working on your instruction by now, they must be paid.
- You will no longer be eligible for a refund once the designated writer has finished your assignment and submitted it by the deadline. In some cases, it is no longer possible to cancel an order.
When you submit a cancellation request, you can expect to get a refund under the following circumstances:

OTHER REFUND SITUATIONS
Apart from the previously specified circumstances, there are other circumstances that can be eligible for partial or whole reimbursements. Please be advised that before you can seek a refund, you need to do the following:
No Assigned Writer Yet
As is commonly mentioned, this situation arises on a really special event. You are entitled to a complete refund if this happens. If a qualified writer is not available for your assignment, you can be certain that you will be informed right away.
Plagiarism Claim
If the customer believes the final order involves plagiarism, they must submit a Turnitin report. Only reports submitted through Turnitin will be accepted. If the consumer is unable to provide the report, no examination can be conducted and no refund can be anticipated, thus the claim will be insufficient.
Duplicate Order/Payment
If a customer accidentally places an order twice or more, they must contact the Support Team immediately. This has to do with the orders that were placed incorrectly being cancelled. The consumer must provide us with the duplicate order payment receipt before we can begin the refund procedure.
Writer’s Unavailability
- if the author you’re trying to find isn’t available. You will be informed while the refund is being processed, and the order will be cancelled.
- We will inform you of the timeframe if writers’ availability is limited in the event that an order is cancelled or arrives late.
Deadline Missed:
- If a late payment causes a delivery to be delayed, the business will not be held responsible. The customer will not receive a refund. To prevent such situations, it is recommended that customers pay the whole amount at the time of order placement.
- The order will always arrive on schedule. If the task’s required documents were uploaded later than anticipated, there can be no claims for reimbursement. Therefore, it is usually a good idea to attach all necessary materials and resources as soon as possible after the order has been submitted.
- We’ll miss the deadline if we’re not careful. The customer is eligible for a complete compensation.
REFUND PROCESS AND DEADLINE
In case customers are unhappy with the quality of the final order due to the reasons listed above, they may request a free re-write, partial refund, or may ask to get a different writer.
We will, of course, submit the Word version of the paper together with any supporting materials. This is to allow the dispute department to handle the pertinent verdict in the case. After the final paper is submitted, this must be returned within three days. Failure to submit this will result in an immediate rejection of the dispute application. Therefore, there won’t be any compensation.

The following refund policy shall apply to all refund situations:
The customer will be eligible for:
- full compensation in the event that the request was made prior to the delivery of the order;
- A 70% refund will be given if the request is submitted within one to three days of the order’s delivery.
- A 50% refund will be given if it is made within four to five days.
- if the request is submitted within seven days after delivery, 20% reimbursement;
- No compensation will be given if a request is made more than eight days following delivery.
We reserve the right to seek a variety of supporting documentation to support your complaint of dissatisfaction. As an example, when you say that your report has plagiarism issues, we may require an independent plagiarism report using a reputable plagiarism checker (like Turnitin).
